From late November through to the New Year, our celebrated dining spaces come alive with the flavours and ambience of the season. Whether it's a festive Afternoon Tea in The Reading Room, a leisurely lunch in the Lobby Lounge or a ccelebratory dinner in Simmons Restaurant, each moment is crafted with care, warmth and signature five-star flair.

Throughout December, enjoy live piano and jazz performances, seasonal menus and festive touches designed to make every occasion feel special, whether you're gathering with loved ones, catching up with friends or raising a glass to the season.

From the 23rd of November to the 3rd of January, join us at InterContinental Dublin for a series of exceptional festive dining experiences. Throughout the season, The Reading Room, Lobby Lounge and Simmons Restaurant will each bring their own distinctive flavour to the celebrations, with seasonal offerings that capture the warmth and elegance of Christmas. Enjoy a relaxed festive lunch, a sparkling Afternoon Tea or an indulgent evening of fine dining, accompanied by live piano and jazz performances. From the sophistication of Christmas Eve to the glamour of New Year’s Eve, each occasion invites you to gather, celebrate and savour the spirit of the season.

Make time for a festive Afternoon Tea in The Reading Room, where seasonal delicacies, delicate pastries and classic favourites are served alongside a selection of teas. An elegant choice for festive catch-ups with friends, family or colleagues.

Festive Champagne Afternoon Tea – €92 per person

The Reading Room is available for private hire throughout the festive season, offering an elegant and distinctive setting for Christmas celebrations, corporate gatherings and family occasions. Throughout the festive season, The Lobby Lounge and Whiskey Bar offers an inviting setting for daytime gatherings, relaxed lunches, light dining and festive drinks. With elegant décor and a warm, sociable atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to meet friends, gather with colleagues or raise a glass to the season.
